Plantar Fasciitis

January 21, 2026392 viewsBBraveWing72

Foot and Heal pain. Wake up with pain in the morning. Discomfort while walking in the morning. Stiff calfs.

What treatments did not work: Massages, tennis and golf ball prop massages. Socks, props.

What finally helped me recover: Consiously trying to keep toes pointed upwards instead of collapsing while trying to go to sleep. Daily couple yoga postures like Thunderbolt/Diamond Pose on heals for 5 to 25 slow breaths between 3 to 5 minutes and thai coconut shell foot massage reflexology.

What percentage of recovery: 70 to 80%

Advice to others: Be disciplined about getting the right physio self therapy.
