About Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is a condition that causes bones to become weak and brittle. This occurs when the body loses too much bone, makes too little bone, or both, leading to an increased risk of fractures.

Diagnosis

Types & Variants
Primary Osteoporosis

Secondary Osteoporosis
This type is caused by certain medical conditions or medications that interfere with bone health. Examples include endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, and long-term use of steroid medications.
